INCLUDO focuses on creating three main intellectual outputs to support inclusive education across Europe.
1. Research Report and Publication
The INCLUDO research report brings together the latest insights, best practices, and comparative analyses from Latvia, Estonia, and Spain on how to make inclusive values appealing to late adolescence students in secondary education.
It provides a clear overview of existing initiatives, teacher support systems, and effective methods that help educators foster empathy, respect, and cooperation in schools. The findings form the foundation for the upcoming Teacher’s Handbook and 12-hour training course.
The research report is currently being developed by the project’s expert team and will be published on the INCLUDO website in winter 2025, followed by a scientific article summarising key results and recommendations.
Project partners are also preparing for participation in the ICERI 2025 Conference in Seville (10–12 November), where the research findings and practical outcomes of the INCLUDO project will be presented to the international education community.
2. Teacher’s Handbook
A research-based and easy-to-use resource designed for educators, titled “Educators Making Inclusive Values Appealing to Late Adolescents.” The handbook combines theory with practice, offering classroom activities, real examples, and reflective exercises to help teachers cultivate empathy, cooperation, and social justice among students.
Status: The Handbook is currently in development and will be available for free download in PDF format in autumn 2026.
3. Flexible 12-Hour Teacher Training Course
A professional development programme for teachers that encourages self-reflection, peer learning, and active participation. The course includes three modules:
Moral and Values-Based Competence
Dialogic and Didactic Competence
Mentoring Competence in Teaching Practice
The programme uses interactive and experiential learning methods such as debates, storytelling, and role-play to make inclusive values meaningful in everyday teaching.
Status: The course will be piloted with teachers in all partner countries in 2026, with opportunities for participants to share feedback and experiences during local workshops and international events.
